I'm Erica and reside in New Jersey. I am 34 years old. I started this blog to write about my passion for fitness and my everyday life as a housewife and autism advocate for my daughter.

I am a fit and funky mother of three beautiful children. Loving everything about fashion on budget and being a housewife that does it all. From a baseball mom to a therpist to a best friend and a fitness junkie. Embracing motherhood one day at a time. My oldest Justin is 15, sweet as can be and a student athlete. My diva Ally is 8 going on 21 and living with Tinea versicolor. Our hero Maddie is on the autism spectrum and she's five. My husband Peter is an amazing father, and husband. I am so grateful he is a part of our life’s. Our love has ups, and downs, and splash of autism. Together we workout and battle autism emotions daily.

Depression took a toll on us. Which lead us to eat and find comfort in food. I didn’t always eat healthy and exercised. Together we took the challenge to better ourselves for our health and our family. We hope to inspire many parents.
