Marinated. Seasoned to perfection. We went to Nashville to see what all the fuss was about. There’s hot chicken, and then there’s Nashville hot chicken! We talked to everybody, learned what they love about all that is Nashville hot, and then were welcomed into hometown kitchens across the city. That is where our vision came to life.

Nashville taught us authentic styles, flavors, recipes, and history. We knew we had to get it right if we were going to call it Nashville hot chicken, and we did.
