My full name is Theresa Jewel Ammons Pinkston and I am a writer. I used to think my wild imagination was a curse, but now I use it for writing and coming up with other ideas!
In 1986, I wrote my first short story. I still have it because I doubt it's good enough to send out to anyone.
I suffer from Attention Deficit Disorder (aka: ADD, ADHD), Depression and Anxiety. Everything I write about these co-morbid disorders comes from personal experience.
Growing up in Logan County, KY, I was the oldest child of seven. I graduated from Russellville High School in 1978 before attending Western Kentucky University where I earned an Associate of Science. While at WKU, I met Roger Pinkston. We were married in 1983 and moved to Owensboro, KY. Roger and I have one child, a son who was born in 1987.
