I am a teacher and writer currently living in North Ft. Myers, Florida. I am very grateful to God for my husband, Rich, and our daughters, Michelle, Caroline and Christyanne.

I have been published in two national magazines, Guideposts and Dance Studio Life. I have also been published in The Fairfax County Times and The Public Opinion Newspapers. My column, "Rising Stars", appeared in The Cape Coral Daily Breeze.

I have published three books. Meredith's Triumph, (2021), Forgiveness (2019), and From Torment to Triumph, A Story of Hope (2013). From Torment to Triumph is the story of my husband's over-100 pound weight loss and Marine Corps Marathon run, on two titanium hips. None of this would have been possible without God.
