Currently at Havas Worldwide, I implement strategy across social channels and help lead the monitoring and optimization of campaigns for Hershey's brands.
Prior to joining Havas, I managed the overall social strategy for Bordeaux Wines, Sisley Cosmetics, and Plantronics at CreativeFeed.
It all began at Betsey Johnson, where I evolved the ECommerce division into a heavily analytics- and customer-centric operation. I began integrating social media into the company's overall sales strategy, eventually implementing a massive, self-operating social-media effort across Betsey Johnson's 65+ individual retail stores.
