Theresa Veriani

Born in Jakarta, August 1997. Her music studies began when she started piano lessons at the age of 6. She began to study violin at the age of 12 with Mr. Prima Muchlisin. Since then, she has been an active musician and attended several violin masterclasses with Mr. Matyhas Svegda von Bekker, Dr. Terry Durbin, Dr. Yi-Li Chang, etc. She had completed the ABRSM Examination, both piano and violin (grade 7) which all passed with Merit.

Her passion for music grows overtimes until she finally decided to pursue her music studies further at the University of Taipei in 2015.She took Violin Performance major and studied with renowned professors in Taiwan such as Prof. Ming-Yan Chien/簡名彥 教授(The Juilliard School Alumnus) and Prof. Tseng-Si Jun/鄭斯均教授(RoyalConservatory of Brussels Alumnus). She received International Student scholarship and graduated in June 2019 with distinction. In that same year, she participates in 33rd Dalcroze Eurythmics International Workshop by Dr. Marja-Leena Juntunen(Director of Sibelius Academy, University of the Arts Helinski) and has received a Certificate of completion for Elementary Level.

She pursued an active music teaching career also join in several musical projects and performances after her return from Taiwan.
