Thérèse Dettwiller

Dear visitor - I am a transaction professional, working in Strategy Due Diligence at EY Paris with great passion for entrepreneurship and product innovation.

Early positions at premier law firms gave me business acumen and experience in Corporate M&A. Willing to get closer to investment and decision taking, I then worked as an Analyst in Acquisitions and Strategy at an Oil Company in Singapore. Passionate about innovation and Internet, I then joined an Internet start-up company based in France and Australia as Head of Corporate Development. When the company was acquired, I joined the financial due diligence service at EY Paris to gain financial expertise. After a year I launched again into entrepreneurship to participate in developping the Strategy Counsulting & Due Diligence inhouse.

I graduated from HEC Paris Business School, Sciences Po Paris and La Sorbonne (Corporate Law).
