I’m a User Experience Researcher (UXR), passionate about using technology and design to create meaningful and inclusive learning experiences.

Drawing from 5+ years experience in front-line customer service and interests in entrepreneurship & education, I use empathy & design thinking to find creative data-driven solutions to complex problems.

Currently, I work at the Parkdale Centre for Innovation, a not-for-profit incubator and accelerator committed to making entrepreneurial and professional skills accessible through inclusive programs. My work includes providing UX research support to the centre, its members, and its clients.
