With more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have held every position; from manager, barista, apprentice chef, bartender and even Head Steward on river boats. Managing fine dining restaurants to English pubs and Australian cafés. Launching 'The Restaurant Guy' in 2012 was an easy decision as I wished to share my passion for the hospitality industry and the people that work in it. My unique philosophy stems from defining good service as the attention to the small details and the theatre of and the art of service, where everything that is done has a lasting and meaningful impact on the clients experience. Changing the course of every customer's day for the better.

My knowledge of food, wine, real ale, etiquette and successful management has grown tremendously over the years. I am here to reinvigorate, revitalise and rejuvenate your hospitality site, improving your business and increasing your profits.
