RIO The Ultimate Duran Duran Tribute Band

Unmatched in theatrical stage production, Rio's musical stylings will make you feel as though you've traveled back in time, to an actual 1984 Duran Duran concert. You will re-experience the big 80s when fun, dancing, and music were priorities in your youth.

Every element of the band’s performance is re-created. The accurate visual presentation, costumes, and dance moves reflect different eras of Duran’s career. Rio delivers an incredible “Greatest” concert, while also incorporating some deep cuts. The listener is transported among notable moments of Duran Duran’s incredible career, spanning the 80s and 90s. Favorites “Planet Earth,” through “(Reach Up For The) Sunrise” are rehearsed, recreated, and performed with meticulous attention to detail.

Rio is a Southern California-based DURAN DURAN tribute band. They have been billed at some of the top venues in the U.S. and is currently the only high profile full-time working Duran Duran tribute band in the country.
