The Romans PR is tired of monotonous Public Relations.

Founded in 2015 and backed by ad agency Mother, the Romans PR team has worked with a few of the globe's most exciting brand names and produced some of one of the most cutting-edge and awarded made media projects of current years.

Its success and creativity is evidenced by the received awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020. This leading position within the industry is due to their talented team and them treating every new project as if it is their best work yet.

Putting their employees first is vital at The Romans PR. A cook is engaged in cooking a daily sit-down meal for the team to share. Each staff member obtains a membership card to Shoreditch House, and the group employs in what they refer to as month-to-month "woke activities" from crystal healing to flotation protection container sessions. Psychological health and wellbeing sit at the heart of the agency, with experienced Mental Health First Aiders at hand or paid-for expert assistance, which can be accessed anonymously.
