The S.E.L.F Method "The Method" was designed by St. Louis native and entrepreneur, Michelle Vargas, that grew up in a life surrounded by music, all the while, battling with extensive prior body damage and other fitness challenges or struggles that millions today can relate with, however, she also possesses an impressive background in martial arts and freestyle (raw) dance, as well as, a heavily influenced military style mentality that gave Michelle her initial motivation. Those were the only tools Michelle had to work with, all the while keeping simplicity and effectiveness top priorities. She went back to the basics!

Since early this year, Michelle has been designing a "universal" fitness solution to all of the complex problems associated with living healthy. Today, that solution has become the core of The Method; it's the core of the body. That's where polykinetics begins

The Method is known as "polykinetics". Ultimately, it reduces impact and risks, while improving body balance and stability, muscle control, muscle strengthening, interval training, endurance, agility, mobility, focus, coordination and concentration, all simultaneously. --That is Polykinetics!

POLY: Unknown; meaning "much" or "many"

KINETICS: PHYSICS - the study of forces acting on mechanisms.

To explain it simply, it boils down to basic physics, neurology and psychology infused into a "universal" fitness method that single-handedly destroys ALL known physical fitness excuses, as well as, demolishes the "conventional crunch exercise" by identifying fundamental flaws and ultimately improving them. The Pk upgrade in comparison to the conventional crunch has shown to be up to 4X more effective and overall SAFER than the conventional crunch.

Overall, polykinetics, itself, is the fitness version of the Rubik's cube; a visual illusion and brain-teaser. Meaning, it visually appears easier to do until you PHYSICALLY start doing it; then that perspectives may change very quickly. We love turning skeptics into instant fans.

Once you begin using polykinetics, you'll FEEL the difference! Many members will use polykinetics as their only fitness outlet, and many others use polykinetics as a powerful conditioning method in order to enhance their current regimens and routines, the choice is up to the member.
