Monica I. Meyers
CFO, Property Manager In Charge
Monica has over 27 years of experience as a property manger and another 13 years as an executive secretary. With deep rooted organizational and proven business management skills, her strong work ethic and sincere belief that it is the attention paid to details that sets us above the rest makes her an asset to the company. Having been born in Columbia, she is a true South Carolinian. Monica grew up in the Shandon/Rosewood area and also spent several years in the Irmo area. She currently resides in Southeast Columbia.

Joy Lewis
Property Manager
Joy has been a property manager now for 21 years. With excellent office and computer skills, her outgoing personality and good rapport with residents, vendors, and owners makes her a valued member of our team. Born close to the South Carolina coast, Joy has lived in Columbia for over 25 years, many of those years were spent in the Irmo area. She and her family are currently residing in Lexington.

Lee Chapman
Project Manager
Lee is a graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina. After a successful career in sales of industrial and office supplies, he has joined The Shandon Group. His friendly personality makes him an excellent addition to our team. Lee currently resides in Forest Acres with his wife and three children.
