An MBA holder in the field of Human Resource Management who owns Executive Anchor, a consultancy agency that has served citizens and institutions (small & medium) in Ghana in the areas of Recruitment, Consultancy and Management, supporting the in entrepreneurial sector.
The services provided by Executive Anchor exposed Shirley to the wide gap that exists between the job market and the human resource. This elapse she researched and found out it was due to the lack of technological innovations in the educational structure of Ghana, leading to the birth of the NGO, Project Young & Impact (PYI), which she is also the founder. PYI initiative focuses on unearthing, developing and harnessing talents in the three different educational systems (Junior, Senior and Tertiary levels) through series of activities that are a tool for this current revolution and globalization. Currently, she runs this project for free.
