The SIP is the first live American online talk show that streams solely via social media platforms. The idea was conceived by Michael Harris, initially aired on Facebook as a part of a live talk amongst Harris's Facebook friends and followers, the show has since taken on a life of it's own and has garnered more than 1800 views during it's live stream .

The show broadcasts live from Bistro 46 in Oklahoma City on Mondays at 9pm Eastern/ 8pm Central. It features a panel of both men and women as co-hosts, who discuss the week's "Hot Topics" ranging from sociopolitical issues to pop culture, the cast is comprised of Harris, moderator Cindy Elbah, Shatoya LaFitte, A Jafar Cooper, and Tiffany Hamilton.

The program is formatted as an entertainment-based talk show, focusing largely on celebrity news and gossip as well as lifestyle and political features.
