Sophie Rose

Sophie is a fully qualified and insured massage therapist and a board-certified Structural Integrator. She attained her first massage diploma nine years ago, and has since clocked up over 2500 hours of training in various therapies ranging from Thai yoga and Indian head massage to lymphatic drainage and Middle Eastern cupping technique, as well as working on a huge variety of people both in the UK and abroad. As the years progressed she became interested in the more clinical side of hands-on work, deciding to train at the respected London School of Sports Massage in 2009, and becoming a BTEC level 5 sports and remedial massage therapist. Last year she completed a 500 hour training in KMI Structural Integration, developed by Thomas Myers (author of the ground-breaking Anatomy Trains) and based on the pioneering work of Dr. Ida P Rolf. Her most recent undertaking is a four year training in the Feldenkrais method, a somatic therapy which aims to improve everyday movement and function.
