THE SORT OUT

THE SORT OUT is a not-for-profit organization exclusively for charitable, educational and youth development purposes. These purposes include providing Information Technology workforce development training and resources to economically disadvantaged individuals seeking to be self-sufficient, while positively impacting the local community.

Our Flagship Programs:
1. Basic Computer Training-Classes are designed to provide computer literacy training to unemployed and underemployed persons seeking to be self-sufficient. The training provided will focus on CompTia A+ and Comptia Network + certifications. Through collaboration with local employment agencies, graduates of THE SORT OUT will be placed as an intern to receive workplace hands-on training.

2. Cyber Security Training- Program is provided to unemployed and underemployed students seeking to transition into the highly in-demand field of Cyber Security. The trainings are provided through seven sessions, and are provided as live hands-on classes. Through the Cyber Security Training Program, students will also receive job interview preparation and resume clean-up support. The certification focus is ISC2 Certified Authorization Professional CAP.

About the Founder:
Emmanuel Chiyem Cyprian holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. His quest for knowledge and personal development led him to Harvard Business School (Continuing Education Center) for a certificate course in Innovation & Strategy in 2015. His love for Information Technology has led him to acquiring several Certifications in IT and Information Security in particular. Emmanuel is an Enterprenurer, Information Security Consultant, Public Speaker. He has consulted for several US Federal Agencies, Corporate Americas as well as companies in sub-Sahara African. His passion for helping people find their pathways to success has led him to founding THE SORT OUT, a 501(c)3 non-profit located in Beltsville, Maryland.
