Welcome to my page! I'm very new to being a Vegan I started my journey March 10th, 2013. After watching a few documentaries I had no other choice but to make the switch to Veganism, as well as begin my kids and husband in the switch as well. The China Study and the ties with cancer and allergies did it for me. My 17 month old is almost entirelly Vegan other than he eats eggs with his daddy at times, my daughter is more vegetarian since about 1x per week she has shredded cheese and eggs and about 3x per month she dominates the sour cream at chipotle. My husband since March has cut out most dairy almost entirelly but was still having organic chicken about 4x per week. I am happy to say that he has just within the last week decided to give up chicken as well and is pretty excited about it!!!

Although being Vegan is new to me Strength Training is not. Throughout the last 5 1/2 years I have fell head over heals in love with lifting weights and heavy weights at that. I knew that your body was in need of extra protein when it came to strength training so I always relied on animal proteins and at the time it seemed like I was getting great results at the time, well that's what I thought. Since going vegan and relying on plant proteins from my meals and drinking my NON_GMO Plant based SUNWARRIOR WARRIOR BLEND protein I have been seeing crazy results just withing a few months and thats with working out at home. You don't have to have animal protein to see results and build muscle guys I am proof. I plan to push my body and see how far I can take myself with being plant based.
