"The Point" offers new possibilities on approx. 10,000 m2. From October 2021, renovation work will take place, and the new tenant (s) can actively participate in the planning. The areas are spread over six floors. If required, these can be used individually and flexibly. In addition to office space, there is enough space e.g. for laboratory, production, workshop, packaging, sales, logistics, archive and warehouse.
