Emmanuel Thompson is a Lagos-based Brand and Product Designer (UI/UX) and no-code Web Developer with over a decade of experience crafting human-centered digital products and brand systems for startups, scale-ups, and established organizations across Africa and international markets. A self-taught, multidisciplinary designer, he is driven by a passion for creating meaningful, functional, and visually compelling digital experiences that align user needs with measurable business outcomes.

With a strong foundation in UI/UX design, branding, visual communication, web design and digital strategy, Emmanuel excels at translating complex problems into intuitive, scalable solutions. His expertise spans the full product design lifecycle, including user research, UX strategy, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and high-fidelity interface design for web and mobile platforms. He thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver design-led impact across fintech, logistics, SaaS, proptech, aviation, and corporate communications.

Currently a Product Designer at Renda Africa, Emmanuel leads the end-to-end design of multiple logistics platforms, driving improved user retention, enhanced customer satisfaction, and sustainable product growth. He has also supported investor engagement through clear product storytelling during key fundraising efforts. In addition, he serves as a UX Consultant for Theta Analyzers LLC, a premier firm specializing in project management, project delivery, project controls, and solutions development. Previously, he has held senior creative and UI/UX roles at organizations including Sixth Alliance, CMC Connect Limited, DiamondScripts, Proten International, and Zino Aviation (UK).

Beyond his professional practice, Emmanuel is deeply committed to mentoring young designers seeking a future in design. He actively supports aspiring and early-career designers through foundational UX principles, practical project execution, and career guidance. As part of this commitment, he serves as a Facilitator at DezinDesign Cohort 5.0, mentoring designers in UI/UX design and helping them build industry-ready skills with confidence and clarity. He is also the Founder of TE Design Studio, a company without walls that provides branding, UI/UX design, web development, and consulting services to a diverse range of clients.

In addition to his work in design and technology, Emmanuel is a devoted Christian and represents Yahweh through @onewordfromelohim, proclaiming the Gospel, calling the unsaved to Christ, and strengthening believers in their walk with God. He also shares teachings on YouTube and TikTok (@thethompsoneo).

Emmanuel holds BSc. and MSc. degrees in Mass Communication from Joseph Ayo Babalola University. Operating at the intersection of faith, creativity, and technology, he continues to serve both the global design community and the Body of Christ, believing that purpose, innovation, and excellence find their highest expression when aligned with God’s will.
