Vishal Gera

Currently serving as an Professor. I focus on delivering practical and application-oriented learning experiences to management students. Alongside my academic role, I am pursuing my PhD in Management from Galgotias University, where my research explores areas of marketing and consumer behavior. I served as an Assistant Professor at Mangalmay Institute of Management and Technology, where I actively contributed to academic delivery, student mentorship, and institutional initiatives. Industry Background Before transitioning to academia, I gained valuable industry exposure with organizations such as IndiaMART and Info Edge, where I worked closely on sales development, client servicing, and digital marketing strategies. This industry experience enables me to connect theoretical concepts with real-world business practices.

Areas of Passion
I am passionate about teaching, public speaking, and mentoring students in areas such as entrepreneurship, marketing, sales strategy, and data-driven decision making using tools like MS Excel. I also enjoy hosting and coordinating academic and industry-oriented initiatives including FDPs, startup competitions, and institutional events.
