Welcome! My name is Cherie and I blog at The Vocal Mom. When I'm not being mom to three girls, I work outside the home as a part time barista. I've also been a wife to a great man for 10+ years. He works two jobs just to make sure his family is properly cared for.

Each morning, upon rising from bed, I prepare myself for what the day will bring mentally, and try to ready myself accordingly. As I calm myself with a cup of coffee (or three), I contemplate on where my life is going and what I want to really do with it.

I started blogging two years ago, and before the first year was up, I gave up. It since has bothered me because, I'm not one to give up so easy.

I intend to proceed from the very beginning, with what made me truly happy. My happiness is writing and self expression.
