Our love for cooking started at early age with both our parents in the food and hospitality industry. We have grown up with an appreciation with fresh and wholesome foods made simple. With desserts topping our list of must have favorites.

We noticed a void in the cupcake industry for those who have a sweet tooth but suffer from a wheat allergy. We also noticed there is limited selection available of delicious wheat free desserts. As a result, we created The Wheat Free Girls.

Here at The Wheat Free Girls we have worked hard to bring you the finest of ingredients. Our cupcakes contain no eggs, or additives and are made only with natural ingredients that offer
nutritional beneﬁts.

One thing you should know about The Wheat Free Girls, although we are wheat free we have not compromised on taste.
