Ken is currently based in Honolulu, HI. She is the photo editor at Ka Leo O Hawai‘i and in her last semester at the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa working towards a B.A. in Journalism.
Her wild curiosity for nature and penchant for travel fuels her passion for writing and photography. She has recently gone on solo adventures to San Francisco, Arizona, and Seattle, coffee-shop hopping and getting lost in strange trails along the way.
She shoots with a Nikon D7000, a Nikon FM2, a Nikon L35AF, and a Canon Rebel EOS T3i.
Ken is also fond of history, baseball, music, astronomy, pop culture, and cats. She likes to take her coffee black with a splash of half-and-half.
