Tsung Han Hsieh

I am a technology project manager(PM) and use a PM approach to execute my favorite activities with like-minded friends. Despite a demanding work schedule, I systematically planned a training schedule that allowed me to compete in triathlons as well as complete my lifeguard training. My next goal is to become a lifeguard instructor in 2015. I currently volunteer as a lifeguard and take the responsibility of ensuring safety for swimmers quite seriously.

I love to push myself to the limit both professionally and personally and get a sense of satisfaction from achieving new things. I keep a KPI of my endeavors and a calendar dedicated to extreme sports to remind me to stay focused on the next challenge. I am a driven and committed person and I predict I will make many like-minded friends that will help me solidify my KPI over the next several years.
