Thiago Alves de Souza

I believe in the "T" formation concept: where the varied knowledge in many fields is valued, along with the depth of knowledge gained in one specific area. I have undergone a multidisciplinary formation in a humanistic and also in a technological university. I´ve studied about human and sociological aspects along with design processes. Besides this, I´ve had very different professional experiences, in companies as well as NGOs, engaging in new enterprises and working in consolidated organizations. Adding all of this to the people I´ve met the reading and research done and the overall knowledge gained, I can affirm to have reached a vast extent of varied know-how. But though knowing enough about many fields is good, not being able to deepen myself in a specific range made me distressed. In my search for mypersonnal and professional path towards leaving a legacy in the world, I have found my talent in the convergence between my experiences and aspirations. Despite of being an idea under construction and non-static, nowadays, I'm planning my own professional business model. Concomitantly I'm seeking to improve my self-knowledge.
