Thibaut L'Ortye

At the intersection of advocacy, communications and public policy, I am Senior Director of Public Affairs at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU). I advise on advocacy strategy, craft our external messaging, oversee campaigns and lead media relations. A member of the management team, I also contribute to steering the development and growth of the association.

With an academic background in Political Science, I graduated from the Institut d'études européennes (Brussels, Belgium) and studied for a year at McGill University (Montréal, Canada).

On a more personal level, I am passionate about youth empowerment. In my free time, I volunteer as an Executive Committee member of Les Scouts, one of Belgium's largest youth organisations. I am also a former Board member of our National Youth Council.
