Thierry Dentice loves to travel. His career has given him the opportunity to see many parts of the world that many only dream of seeing. His unquenchable thirst to experience new places, meet new people and learn from different cultures developed since he was a child growing up in the cultural melting pot that is Belgium. Moreover, all of Thierry Dentice’s travels has ignited a passion for food. In fact, he confesses that some of his travel has been dictated by the kind of cuisine he is searching to experience. The self-proclaimed foodie views eating as a way to truly immerse himself in another culture. When he’s not seeking out new stimulating food experiences, Thierry Dentice creates them himself at the comfort of his own kitchen.
