Thilina Bandara

As a researcher I am interested in understanding the implementation and effects of universal vs. targeted policy approaches in health and social systems, as well as in public and private innovations that work to improve health equity. I have experience conducting epidemiological and policy-based analyses in academic, healthcare, non-profit and governmental settings.

Besides conducting mixed-methods research, I also create websites and publish articles in popular media (see publications section) as a means of population health knowledge translation.
