Li Jiang

I'm interested in experiments and modeling of collective behavior of ant clusters, fish school, human crowd and swarm robotics. I study the information transmission, critical phenomena and microscopic mechanisms. Currently I'm working on the trajectory data of the freshwater tropical fish Hemigrammus rhodostomus.

I want to reveal the underlying individual level simple rules of the group level complex patterns. Moreover, we can apply the rules to build self-organized swarm robotics.
