Liza Miller

Back in the 2007 I decided that instead of spending the summer at my mom's home in CT, I would stay in the city I had grown to love so much: Boston. By the time the school year was out, I had a room in an apartment with friends and an awesome internship to put on my resume - the one thing I still neeed? A job. After sending in lots of applications and going on a few interviews, I decided on a job at a bead store in Cambridge. What started as a seemingly low-key way to make some summer money turned into an extremely rewarding job and passion. I quickly picked up the art of jewelry making and by the end of that first summer my personal jewelry collection had more than doubled. Then one day I had a thought: why not try to make money doing something I love? And that's when Thinkin' About Diamonds was born. I specialize in necklaces, bracelets and earrings featuring real gemstones. Everything I sell is handmade, and therefore completely unique. You can check out my wares at www.thinkinaboutdiamonds.etsy.com. And I love custom orders! So please don't ever be too shy to ask for a particular design in a different color or with a different stone. I have also done custom orders based on outside designs my customers were looking to mimic. I will do my best to create your perfect piece of jewelry! Looking for a niche in this highly competative business, I am focusing heavily on wedding jewelry, for both the bride and bridal party. I did my first custom bridal piece for a friend in 2009. It was such a rewarding feeling, especially being able to see the finished results on the bride, at the wedding. In 2010 I did bridesmaid jewelry for two different weddings. If you are interested, please get in touch with me and I will discuss designs and prices. Thank you and I look forward to working with you!
