I'm a digital and social media planner and a Managing Director at Teneo. I've been helping companies improve their approach to digital and social communications for over 13 years. I spend much of my time working on Teneo London's digital team helping clients such as Astellas and USS with social media strategy, content planning and creative concepting.

I'm also responsible for driving Planning excellence in London, helping teams to identify the right strategic questions and to develop killer insights that unlock great creative ideas.

Before joining Teneo, I worked across a range of PR and social agencies, most recently at We Are Social. I've led work for the likes of adidas, Sony Europe, Lenovo, RSPCA, Starwood Hotels, BP, Betty Crocker, Disney, Lucozade, Dolby, Zurich Insurance, Capital One, Tesco and Virgin Holidays.

I began working in social media and digital comms at Kingston-based social media consultancy immediate future. There I led the Sony Europe account and worked on projects for AVG and the RSPCA. In 2011 I moved to Launch PR, where I led the digital team and spearheaded the agency's approach to social across the business. I worked on a large number of projects for the likes of Starwood Hotels, BP, Betty Crocker, Disney, Lucozade, Dolby, Zurich Insurance, Capital One, Tesco and Virgin Holidays. Before joining Teneo, I was Senior Account Director at We Are Social. I worked on two global clients, adidas and Lenovo, leading large teams and handling million-dollar budgets.

Prior to moving into social media and digital, I worked in the music industry for six years. I specialised in regional PR, and college & club promotions forWild Promotions. I worked with a variety of bands and artists, including Franz Ferdinand, Kings of Leon and Belle & Sebastian.

Personal interests: music and football (the twin loves of my life outside work and my wife and daughter), baking, cooking veggie food, cats, reading, memes and long reads.
