Luis is a skilled leadership coach and business consultant specializing is strategic planning, project management, training and development, and research and evaluation. His knowledge and experience span operations management, team development, visitor/volunteer experience, development, program management, and community engagement. However, where he shines is in his uncanny ability to see what others miss, to connect the dots, to tell you what others don’t - all wrapped in curiosity, creativity and systems thinking. His past roles include Vice President, Finance and Operations; Executive Director; and various Director level positions in nonprofit organizations.
