I am the founder and CEO of boardcycle, a software platform designed to streamline board meetings for Company Secretaries. I am also a Company Secretary myself - supporting one of Australia's leading performing arts organisations. Previously, I was General Counsel and Company Secretary at a number of major ASX-listed companies.
