I am a mom who passionately loves being a mom, a daughter and the baby, a sister of two much older brothers, a friend who is loyal and a romanitical dreamer that believes there is nothing wrong with living in her silver lined cloud. I live in New Mexico currently with my two kids and my little dog; my life is a mad house mostly, with little time for me to remember to put my head on in the morning. My little family is my whole world and I wouldn’t change that for a million dollars.
I am a native to Colorado who doesn't like to be cold but misses the color green something fierce. I enjoy all four seasons, really I do, but I believe the snow should stay up on the mountains and not where it does not impact my daily life. Green is a beautiful color, they don’t have it here in New Mexico, just about a million shades of brown, from cream to espresso and everything in between. However the climate here is just about perfect! Not too hot and not too cold. I have been here for 11 years plus and, for some reason I can’t quite figure yet, I haven’t left.
I spent 15 years (professionally) in the beauty industry before I became a pencil pusher who just adores the company I work for, even though it is a dead end job. I grew up in a hair salon, my mother did hair for 36 years so I blame her… I was born with hair in my blood, or so I thought. I am a creative soul. I always thought I would be an artist or a social worker when I was little. Who knows, there is still plenty of time.
