Tripp Holder

My name is James A. Holder III but I go by Tripp. I grew up in Winston Salem, North Carolina with a younger brother named Zach, mom named Julie and dad named Jimmy. I love doing things outdoors like camping, hiking, and rafting, all of which helped me to become an Eagle Scout. I love playing almost all sports, particularly baseball and look forward to getting involved with baseball at UGA in some way. I am a pre-business major right now looking to double major in management and marketing with a possible future in law school. In my free time I am normally either studying for class or sleeping in my dorm room. I'm also pledging right now at Lambda Chi Alpha and hope to become a brother at some point in the future. Although not a dawg fan from birth, I am very excited to be at UGA and look forward to the opportunities it offers. One specific opportunity I look forward to is the chance to study abroad somewhere in Europe, either in Italy or even in Oxford, studying under a Don. Either way I am assured I will have the experience of a lifetime apart from all of the happenings at the University of Georgia.
