Thomas Hayden

Thomas Hayden teaches science writing, environmental journalism and sustainability science in Stanford University’s School of Earth Sciences and Graduate Program in Journalism. He also continues to work as a freelance science journalist and author, following a 15-year career of reporting and writing for national and international publications. He is co-editor of The science Writers' Handbook, and coauthor of two previous books.
