Hi, I'm Thomas – Digital Defender by Day, Pixel Warrior by Night.
Currently holding the reins as Lead of IT Security & Network Operations at Swiss Life Asset Managers, I work from the scenic shores near Lake Zurich, making sure our cyberspace stays more secure than your grandma’s secret cookie recipe.

When I'm not busy thwarting cyber threats and fine-tuning network operations, I’m elbow-deep in passion projects—whether it’s experimenting with AI, tinkering with robotics, or seeing how many browser tabs I can open before my computer begs for mercy.

But hey, it’s not all tech and no play.

I’m a lifelong gamer (yes, even the kind who thinks "just one more round" is a valid sleep strategy), a movie aficionado with a taste ranging from blockbusters to beautifully obscure foreign films, and a photography nerd with a knack for catching real-life moments as vividly as I chase virtual ones. Add in a few RC car races and you’ve got a weekend that’s part adrenaline, part nostalgia.

My wanderlust keeps me globe-trotting—whether it's navigating the neon-lit chaos of Tokyo or hunting for the best coffee on the streets of New York. If there’s an adventure to be had, I’m packing my bags (and maybe my drone).

And let’s not forget music—the ever-present soundtrack to my life. From Eminem’s lyrical genius to Taylor Swift’s poetic heartbreaks, my playlist is basically a genre-agnostic emotional rollercoaster. If you're ever down to exchange beats or argue over the best album of the decade, I'm game.
