Thomas Zeumer created ModelKarma with his vast successes in running and owning one of the major Model Agency's in the world, Metropolitan Top Models, with affiliates in South Beach, Paris, Milano, Munich and Moscow, representing at the time more than 500 models just in NYC - among them the major models worldwide.
After working closely with the world’s most famous designers, such as Givenchy, Valentino, working with the famous Gilles Mendel Haute Furrier and Couture store at Elizabeth Arden on 5th Avenue in New York, Thomas gained an eye and appreciation for beauty, and began hand picking the models for shows, observing with fascination the magnetism, and beauty that came with it. Shortly thereafter he forged his first partnership with Metropolitan Paris. Metropolitan New York was born. Thomas managed Claudia Schiffer, handpicked Heidi Klum from the Metropolitan Top Model contest on Thomas Gottschalk’s show along with many other models such as Eva Herzigova – all of whom flourished from his management of Metropolitan New York. Among the many others who became successful in their careers are Connie Nielsen, Monica Potter, January Jones, Randy Ingerman, Ines Rivero, Frankie Rayder , Daniela Urzi , Viola Haqui, Margaux Hemingway, along with managing Metropolitan Sports modeling starts such as Steffi Graf, Jason Williams, Steve Nash and more. Metropolitan forged deals with companies like Revlon, Coca Cola, Victoria’s Secret and the now award winning number 1 billboard advertisement of all time, Wonderbra. Now, it's time for the next generation with Modelkarma.com. The world is changing and the business of beautiful can be a tough place.
