Thomas Geier

Goals and Aspirations:
I am determined to be a creator of some variety and in a way that develops a memorable experience. At this pivotal point in my life I am deciding where to specialize my creative efforts. I have an affinity for themed entertainment as I have always admired the imaginative experiences they create. I also have a passion for museums and would love to pour my creativity into making educational experiences through exhibitions. I would also love to work on practical and visual effects for film and entertainment. I may also quite enjoy being creative in business by building brand identities through content, experiences, or more.

Current Involvement:
In December I earn my degrees in Business (Marketing) and Art & Design (Art History). I currently work at my university as a campus tour guide, an art history tutor, and a social media intern. I have gained great creative and professional experience as my years as an officer of The American Marketing Association chapter at UNC and my membership of the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. I have very recently also discovered and joined the Themed Entertainment Association. I spend my free time painting and bodybuilding.

Skills and Personality:
My Gallup Strengths Finder identifies my top 5 strengths as "Futuristic, Strategic, Ideation, Communication, and Relator" which I fits me quite well. I am quite the planner and get a thrill through creative problem solving and brainstorming. I am also quite comfortable talking to people, public speaking, writing, and collaborating. I also self-identify as artistic, cultured, friendly, ambitious, progressive, energetic, open-minded, passionate, responsible, and fun-loving.
