My life started quite drastically at the age of twelve when I was thrown out by my father and his new wife. My days was focused on finding food and shelter, I also spent a lot of energy to walk long walks to reach my goals. I found after a long time that I could stay indoors if I practiced a lot, so I found Thai boxing and fitness to be a warm existence.

Since I put all my time in a gym/dojo I quickly became an accomplished athlete. It became a strength and a sense of security in my life that I was good at something. I realized very early on that I could be good at whatever I was getting myself into, All I had to do was put a lot of time and effort on what I wanted to learn. What we do constantly, we become good at.

Over the years I became successful in fitness and health and I loved what I did. But I also found that my life was just about to train and work, I wanted to have more time to do things that I enjoyed.
I was tired of never having time for friends or girlfriend and decided one day to educate myself.

Psychology was something that I did and the more I learned, the more passionate I became for it.
Personal development became my passion- Why do people do what they do, and what drives people to the choices they make?

I realized more and more what was already in me that many other successful people possessed, qualities and their values. One could almost say that I was possessed to learn and get more knowledge, my brain was like a sponge and it still is!

I have worked for many years as a physical trainer within the field of elite sports, but I have now opened the doors for businesses and individual personal coaching.
My lesson I’ve learned from training and coaching these lovely individuals is that my psychology and life philosophy was an incredibly large importance for them. They made incredible results both in their training, but mostly as a person, which resulted to the phenomenal results in work and family.

I now live by my passion to help people to achieve a better life, to get people to find happiness within themselves, teaching how their own communication causes them to do better in their lives, to be more positive, look at life in a different manner.
But mostly teach how our human brains actually work, to teach how our human needs leads us to make all these different choices.

I have put a lot of time to coach people mentally, I have had my focus on this f
