Thomas Bellwoar

Thomas Bellwoar is a graduate of the Catholic University of America (BA) as well as the Villanova University School of Law (JD). He lives in West Chester, PA with his wife and two kids and continues to practice West Chester criminal defense in partnership with Stan Luongo Jr. at Luongo Bellwoar LLP. Bellwoar has experience with a variety of law practices, having originally worked as an ADA for Chester County before going into criminal defense. This previous experience with criminal prosecution gives Tom valuable insight into the inner workings of the court, which is applicable to all of his defense cases. He is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Since 1998, he has been a select member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act Panel of attorneys handling serious cases in Federal District Court in Philadelphia.
