Thomas C. Watson was selected as eFolder’s Director of MSP Best Practices in October of 2017 in Denver and is set to lead their upcoming webinar series for Managed Services Providers. He founded technology companies in the past 20 years, including TechStream Network Services in 2001 and CCNI in 2003. Though Thomas started CCNI to leverage his technical knowledge of IT systems and business experience in the interest of providing flat-rate IT service offerings, the firm quickly earned recognition for its volunteer work. Namely, CCNI provided full IT services at no charge to Community Free Clinic between 2004 and when Watson sold the company in 2015. The value of services rendered is estimated to have saved the free health clinic more than $100,000 over the years that it was able to allocate toward medical treatment for those in need. In 2013 in particular, Watson engineered the move of the Free Clinic network into a new medical facility and migrated their email into free email services, which he obtained. In addition to his service to the Community Free Clinic, CCNI dedicated regular IT support hours to the Non-Profit Center and developing small business.

Outside of his work at CCNI, Thomas Watson proposed and helped implement a strategic IT plan for a municipal government that featured On-line bill pay, revision of the town website, and Wi-Fi access to provide information about town venues and businesses. Prior to his position with eFolder / Axcient, Mr. Watson was CEO of TheraBulb LLC where he has been directly involved in the design of a line of toxin-free RoHS and CE certified therapeutic infrared light products and formed partnerships with overseas manufacturers. He hopes to use his extensive experience evaluating business technology needs to help clients develop their businesses and take sales and business valuation to the next level.
