There is no easy road to success, that's from my personal experience, you struggle to keep up and once you reach the top, you still struggle to learn more, to improve and become even better.
No one is born a leader, no one is born with confidence, we built it through experience, we learn it through different trials. Leadership starts at a young age, a simple game for some, but this builts the leadership within a child. Confidence starts from home, when you hear your parents tell you how prove of them about your simple achievement.
Being a leader doesn't mean you are already on top, and being at the bottom doesn't always say you'll remain at the bottom. A leader walks his talk, not talk and talk, them walk on his own.
The road to success is always, always foggy, you can never tell whats ahead of you unless you start walking.
