We are shifting rapidly towards a digital society and, thus, a digital economy. Companies from all industries face an array of questions in this context - across the board. Digital transformation doesn't stop at department boarders. Which makes it a huge strategic and organizational challenge.

Therefore, I take an interdisciplinary approach. I have over 10 years of experience with solving digital problems. I combine profound knowledge of digital technology with a systemic approach and methods of organizational design.
