As a young entrepreneur and technology enthusiast i have learned the efficiency of team work. Indeed, i think of every success as a team effort and not as an individual prowess. Furthermore, persistence and open-mindedness appear to me like necessary skills. For instance, Steve Jobs had a game changing idea, he trusted his team, wasn't afraid to try new things, and above all never let go of his vision in order to achieve such a success.
When i first enrolled at Sup de Co Montpellier i wasn't sure about what wanted to do in my career. However, the more i learned and the more a practiced my theoretical knowledge, the more i was drawn to team work and innovation. Effectively, i am more comfortable in a start-up model than in a bigger firm.
Co-founding my company in the I.T sector has been a real challenge, it put me continuously outside my comfort zone. Fortunately, i could count on my colleagues to help me when i needed them. Moreover, i think that innovation can be fostered by challenging each actor of the decision process, which is for me the most interesting part.
One of my favorite quote is from a french philosopher named Michel Eyquem de Montaigne who said "it is good to rub, and polish our brain against that of others." I could not agree more with this idea, and from that i also think that knowledge's goal is to be shared. Indeed, it is the core purpose of someone or an organisation to share with others in order to create a better environment. Therefore, everyone is worth listening to. Nowadays we can see firms that are using crowd sourcing, which demonstrate the will to establish a win win relationship between customers and companies.
I wish to evolve in the field of I.T technologies, and some day create my company.
