I'm a passionate product leader with 10+ years experience building successful, digital products.

Currently I serve as a product consultant and coach supporting teams to reach business growth and executives to support their products teams with the right structures. My previous clients inlcude for international players like Mozilla Open Innovation, Arduino Education or innogy SmartHome.

Furthermore I was an advisor for the Munich based startup SMP which is working on CINQ, a smart fragrance diffuser fighting odor fatigue and reducing returns for online resellers.

Previously I was Head of Product working for Ryte as a Head of Product improving the way how companies building high-quality websites to increase their traffic and conversion.

As a Head of UX & Product for JetBrains partner company Delightex, I performed key functions like customer development, design/business strategy and staffing. Find out more about our fast growing tool CoSpaces Edu, which is revolutionizing how kids and teens create VR/AR in school.

Before Delightex I managed my own design studio called envis precisely and I worked for BMW as an interaction designer.

For more then a year I'm a trainer for Brainbirds helping my workshop participants to understand and apply agile methods like Lean UX and Agile Product Leadership.

I'm co-founder of the UX & Product Meetup Munich with over 2.000 members and co-founder of push.conference which unites over 600 UX & Product experts from all over the globe in Munich for over 8 years already to exchange, learn and get inspired.
