Thomas Hark

I am the founder of the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps. A public-private corporation.

I created one of the nation’s leading training and education organizations. I started with an idea and a dollar. The goal was to create an organization which would create leaders by instilling values and teaching leadership skills. 6,000 alumni and fifty million dollars later, the organization is robust continues to grow.

I am looking for that next impactful project. One where I can use my organizational and leadership development experience to make a difference.

In the meantime, I am spending time with my family, Dana my wife, Eli 17, Zach, 14, and Rosie 12. I am the local Boy Scoutmaster with 11 eagle scouts over the past three years.
