Thomas Hicks

An army veteran, Thomas Hicks is a Boise, Idaho resident who has spent the past several years leading multiple firms. For two years, Thomas Hicks led the Boise-based Impact Group and served as its chief operating officer, alongside serving as senior vice president of sales and operations.

With the joint roles, he oversaw the absorption of 14 companies into one while managing all aspects of the integration. Within 18 months, he was able to expand the firm from 250 employees to 1,500. He was also responsible for growing hundreds of brands at the retail level.

Thomas Hicks also has extensive leadership experience outside of Boise. Having served as the California-based Ojai Energetics’ chief commercial officer since 2019, he oversees the firm’s commercialization of various products.

Once a product has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, he works with external beverage brands to deliver cannabidiol-infused products. Mr. Hicks is also involved with the licensing division, which he helped to develop.

To augment his work with Ojai, he is involved in the Produce Marketing Association, among other professional organizations.
