Thomas Ledwell

Founding Principal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada

I am a strategy consultant and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in developing multi-platform strategic plans supporting strategic communications, innovation, corporate governance, digital transformation, and partner relationships. In 2022, I founded Ledwell Strategies Inc., supporting a range of corporations, non-profits, and institutions of higher education with strategic initiatives.

During a decade-long career in media, I worked as a journalist, producer, editor, and columnist for national public broadcasters in Canada and the United Kingdom before pioneering digital editorial roles with multiple media corporations in Canada.

A dedicated volunteer, I am the co-creator of a mobile application supporting victims of bullying called +Fort, sits on the Board of Governors of the Montreal-based not-for-profit Fraser Hickson Institute, advises non-profit organisations on communications and development, serves as a judge for national journalism competitions, and participates on selection committees for grants and bursaries.
